How this website handles personal data

2. What this website processes

This site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics. It processes technical data when you visit, remembers one choice in your browser, and loads content from third parties only after you agree or click.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type. 4. Fonts

The font used on this site is hosted on our own server. Your browser does not connect to a font provider.

5. Live data from TradingView

Prices, charts and the economic calendar are widgets by TradingView. They load only after you click “Load live data”. Once loaded, TradingView receives your IP address, the address of the page embedding the widget, the widget type and the symbol displayed. According to TradingView, the widgets set no cookies. 6. Videos from YouTube

Shorts open in a window that first explains the transfer. The video is loaded from YouTube (domain youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click “Load and play”. YouTube then receives your IP address and technical data and may store information on your device. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA.

7. Your choice in your browser

The site saves your live-data choice in your browser's local storage under the name “hwc-live-consent”. This is needed to remember your decision. We set no cookies.

8. Automatically retrieved data

Alerts, news headlines, probabilities and cycle figures are retrieved automatically by our own server (a small program on Cloudflare's network) from third-party sources such as market data providers, prediction markets, publishers' public feeds and YouTube channel feeds. Your visit does not send your personal data to these sources. While a page is open, your browser asks our own server for the latest alerts when the page loads and then about every five minutes (path /api/site on this domain). That request carries only the technical data described in section 3.

9. Contact

If you write to us by email or use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The contact form sends your entries to our own server on Cloudflare's network, which forwards them to our mailbox as an email. To limit abuse, Cloudflare briefly counts the messages sent from your IP address (a counter that expires after one hour). We do not store the IP address and do not put it into the email. Your message then sits in our mailbox with [name your email provider]. We delete the data when your request is settled and no legal retention duty applies.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can complain to a data protection authority: [competent supervisory authority].
